This is my second time coming to this location, and the service has been outstanding both times! The claims process is clear, and I never have an issue getting updates. Today, I was assisted by Sheri with some collision work, and she was incredibly thorough. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. She definitely helped make the whole experience a breeze! I highly recommend this location for any collision work or questions. Great service and great people!

Kevin is the MAN!!!! His team made it look like the massive hole in my bumper was never even there. So glad I trusted these guys to handle my Saturn Sky. 10/10!

Excellent service and quality. Picked up my car when it was ready and it looked brand new!! So excited to have it looking good again!! Can’t say enough about the whole process and being communicated with at every step. I didn’t always love the news but at the end of it I know it had to be done because they were guaranteeing 100% satisfaction and that is exactly what I am - 100% satisfied!!

Hi they were fantastic. Im young so im inexperienced and they did not take advantage of that. I was estimated 3 weeks and it only took 2 with updates along the way. I got personal messages as well, not just auto-bot messages. Incredibly kind and you can tell they care about the work theyre doing. I was there one morning during their team meeting and it felt productive and that the people wanted to be there to work. I also had the same person, Kevin, along the way and he was wonderful. My car looks brand new and they even hammered out my wrecked license plate lol. 10/10

I would never bring my vehicle to Caliber Collision again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. My car was rear-ended and needed a bumper replacement. My insurance company referred me to this collision shop, so I brought my car in and they completed an estimate to replace the bumper. To my surprise, not all the parts listed in the estimate were fixed or installed. I’ve gone back and forth to Caliber Collision three times to express my dissatisfaction with their service. After I pointed out the missing parts—parts that would have properly secured the bumper—they acknowledged the issue, promised to order the parts, and said they would contact me once the parts arrived so I could bring the car back in. These parts were already included in the original estimate, yet they were never ordered. Even worse, it took them over a month, and they never contacted me. I had to call them again just to follow up. I’m extremely disappointed with their shady business practices and how they seem to take advantage of both customers and insurance companies.
